There is a growing number of billionaires who have built all their wealth on cryptocurrencies. who are these investors?

Interest in the cryptocurrency market continues to grow, which means that more and more money is going into various crypto projects. Because of the potential, people are investing in cryptocurrencies, leading to an increase in the number of millionaires who have become considerably rich just through this form of investment.

‍The popularity of thecryptocurrency market continues to grow

Many people started investing in cryptocurrencies because of bitcoin's (BTC) great success story and incredible growth.

From investors who bought cryptocurrencies for tens and hundreds of dollars and kept them in their wallets for years, to enthusiasts who started investing to see what a decentralized payment system is.

It is possible to become a crypto-millionaire by trading well, building a business or investing well so that significant activity in the cryptocurrency market is possible. This market is growing and every day investors have many opportunities to increase their assets and become millionaires!

It is important to realize that this is a very volatile market, which brings inevitable risks but also great opportunities. It is necessary to know the rules of the game and moving in this market. Many new cryptocurrency companies are being created every day, making it easier and easier to buy and sell cryptocurrencies.

One such company is a Polish manufacturer of cryptocurrency ATMs shitcoins.club. With their help you will make transactions, quickly and safely in any major Polish city.

Who has made a fortune by investing in cryptocurrencies?

There are a total of 19 crypto billionaires, but only the future will tell if Satoshi Nakamoto and Vitalik Buterin are also part of this group. To define who a cryptomillionaire is, it is useful to first define the term. K

rptomillionaire could make money by directly investing in cryptocurrencies or in cryptocurrency-related companies. The crypto market is relatively young, so there is also a chance that cryptomillionaires have become so rich through a combination of both.

Of these 19 cryptomillionaires, almost all have gained their wealth through investments in the most popular virtual currency, BTC, or their own blockchain-related businesses. For example, among the 19 billionaires you can find Alex Atallah and Devin Finzer of OpenSea, Chris Larsen and Jed McCaleb of Ripple, and Brian Armstrong of Coinbase.

Of the 19 richest investors, as many as 16 hold U.S. passports. Since the identity of Bitcoin's creator, Satoshi Nakamoto, is unknown, no one can determine whether there is another 17th American cryptomillionaire in the world.

The richest cryptomillionaire is Changpeng Zhao, founder and CEO of Binance, also known as CZ. He is said to own more than 70% of Binance's shares, and those shares have quite a bit of value.

Who is the youngest crypto millionaire?

Two people are constantly battling over who is the world's youngest cryptomillionaire. Vitalik Buterin is interchangeably competing with Sam Bankman-Fried for that title. The two men are separated by more than two years in terms of age, with Bankman-Fried being the older of the two. However, age is not the most important factor, but the popularity and value of ETH in a virtual wallet.

When the price of ETH rises, the value of Vitalik's assets rises with it. This is because Vitalik Buterin owns more than 290,000 ETH (more than 50% of his assets). However, when the price drops, Vitalik is no longer a billionaire. Thanks to the favorable price of ETH, Vitalik holds the title, but otherwise the title of youngest billionaire belongs to Sam Bankman-Fried.

The owner of FTX Exchange has a fortune in excess of $22 billion. The speed with which Sam is growing his money has not only earned him the title of youngest billionaire, but also the fastest-earning billionaire. That title previously belonged to Mark Zuckerberg, owner of Meta. Of course, Sam Bankman-Fried himself also has other assets that have made him rich even faster.

Who has accumulated the most btc in history?

Satoshi Nakamoto has more than 1 million BTC, making him the largest holder of bitcoin cryptocurrency. He is followed by the founders of Grayscale and Binance, who together have about the same amount of BTC as Satoshi Nakamoto. Looking at the largest holders of this cryptocurrency, a few key points stand out.

Of course, Satoshi Nakamoto, with a total of 1,100,000 BTC, has a larger stake than the second and third place holders, namely Grayscale and Binance. These companies have more than 600,000 BTC and 400,000 BTC, respectively. We must admit that these numbers are so impressive that we can hardly imagine them.

The rich in 4th place

In fourth place are cryptocurrency exchanges Bitfinex and OKX, both of which hold more than 200,000 BTC. Next in the ranking are two more sites that hold more than 100,000 BTC. Below this magic limit are many anonymous wallets, as well as well-known figures such as the Winklevoss brothers.

All these huge sums of money are not kept in one wallet, but multiple wallets are used. This is not only convenient for their holders, but also safe. In the event of any attempt to hack a cryptocurrency wallet, only a part of the assets will be lost and not the whole.

For example, Satoshi Nakamoto uses about 22,000 wallets to store his BTC, while Bitfinex and Binance use few wallets. In total, there are only five wallets that store more than 100,000 BTC, which adds up to more than 4% of the total bitcoin in these wallets.

The danger of one person owning a large cryptocurrency

It should be noted that the huge amount of BTC allows the whales (the common name for holders of the largest cryptocurrency fortunes) to create a "wall effect."

"Wall effect" of buying or selling is a significant buy or sell order that causes a sharp change in price. In the case of a sell wall, there is a good chance that the price will fall sharply, while in the case of a buy wall, the opposite may be true. Unfortunately, this leads to plays that are considered by other investors as market manipulation.
